Moving Type Compost Turner

Operating Requirements of Moving Type Compost Turner:

1. The place for turning piles should be flat and firm, and there should be no concave-convex area higher 50mm in the operation zone.
2. Bar-shape pile turning: width should be within 2000mm and height should be less than 800mm, stacking in straight line and bar shape.
3. There should be enough space at both ends of material piles for machine turning around, and the interval between material piles should be over one meter.
4. This machine is self-propelled compost turner, only used to compost material piles for organic fertilizer, which cannot be used as vehicle for walking and loading.

Raw materials suitable for fermentation

Raw materials and requirements: main materials: fruit residue, dry bagasse, edible fungus residue, distiller’s grains, beer grains, sugar residue, vinegar residue, starch residue, cassava residue, citric acid residue, soy sauce residue, monosodium glutamate residue, powder residue, tofu residue, medicinal residue, oil residue, oil cake meal, bran bran, cotton rapeseed meal, mildew feed, sludge, sugar factory brewery residue, slaughtering scraps, water (swill), leftovers, human and animal feces and other bulk materials.

Excipients: all kinds of crop straw, leaves and weeds, melon vines, straw, pine shells, peanut shells, sawdust, chaff powder, bran and other dry, crushed, high carbon can be.

Compost Turning Operation:

1. It can be controlled by both temperature and smell. If the temperature is higher than 70°C (about 158 degrees Fahrenheit), it should be turned over, and if you smell the smell of anaerobic ammonia, it should be turned over.
2. When turning the pile, the inner material should be turned outward, the outer material should be turned inside, the upper material should be turned downward, and the lower material should be turned upward. This ensures that the material is fully and evenly fermented.
